1. Client Cancellations

- Cancellation fees may apply based on the stage of the project and services already rendered.
- Clients may cancel a consulting engagement by providing written notice.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 16 business days.

2. Cancellation by USTA

- We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if the client breaches the terms of the agreement.
- In such cases, the client will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the cancellation date.

3. Return Process

Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Generally, the return process involves the following steps:
- You may be required to ship the product back to us at your own expense, using a trackable shipping method.
